    Good idea! UCC filings are a basic way that creditors register their loans -- & the collateral behind them. There are zero UCC filings for this Trump loan. That doesn't mean the loan doesn't exist. But it doesnt have the paper trail that big real estate loans usually have.

    LLC is DE LLC registered in IL. If you look up record wit DE SOS you won't much other than name, registered agent and date of formation. I suggest you conduct UCC search with DE SOS to see if a financing statement was filed and if one was filed it might be an all asset filing.

    This one-page doc from the Illinois Sec. of State is the only annual public proof that this LLC even exists. It shows -- as always -- that this huge creditor of 's is owned by Trump's own company. Org has not explained why or how.

    Breaking News: John Legere, the T-Mobile CEO credited with reviving the company, will step down at the end of April after his contract expires. He will be succeeded by Mike Sievert.
