{"abstract":"In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) proposes to modify and reissue a current DHS system of records titled, ``DHS/Science & Technology Directorate (S&T)-001 Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation System of Records.'' This system of records allows DHS/S&T to collect and maintain records in support of, or during the conduct of, S&T- funded research, development, test, and evaluation activities. Information is collected for the purpose of furthering S&T's mission to push innovation and development, and the use of high technology in support of homeland security.
