A lot of brands grow fast, but there are few that grow well. At Layne's, the guiding principle has never been "how fast can we go." It's been "how do we make sure every location that opens is one we're proud of?" That means being selective about partners. Investing in the support team before it's needed. Choosing markets deliberately instead of carpet-bombing zip codes. #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

Running a Layne's isn't complicated, and that's entirely on purpose. The operators who thrive at Layne's aren't the ones who want complexity. They're the ones who understand that simple, executed at a high level, consistently, is the hardest thing to build, and the most valuable thing to own. #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

There's a Bruce Lee quote one of our California franchisees cited when explaining why he chose Layne's over every other concept he evaluated: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." The chicken tender category is full of brands that do a lot of things okay. Layne's does one thing exceptionally: hand-breaded chicken fingers, marinated and cooked to order, the same way since 1994. That focus makes the product better, our business model more efficient, the supply chain simpler, and the unit economics stronger. #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

The best franchisors build systems that make franchisees successful, and stay invested in that success long after the agreement is signed. At Layne's, the relationship between corporate and franchisee we make sure things don't feel transactional. The goals a two-way partnership with financial alignment built in from the start. The operators who join Layne's are treated as the brand's most important asset. "We see ourselves as being in the service business. We are here for our franchisees." CEO Garrett Reed If you're evaluating your next franchise investment, this distinction matters more than you think. #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

Summer's officially over. The schedules are back. The routines are back. The chaos is back. You know what's also back? That feeling when you bite into a hand-breaded Layne's tender and everything slows down for a second. We'll be here all fall. #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

A lot of places sell you a chicken tender, but not a lot of places actually make one. At Layne's, every tender is hand-cut, marinated, hand-battered, and cooked to order. This has been a part of our philosophy since 1994 and is at every one of the 4,000 locations we're building toward. Scale doesn't change the standard. #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

There's a mural on the wall at Layne's headquarters that highlights our operating philosophy: "Protect the brand. Protect the franchisee." As we have grown from a cult Texas favorite to a 50-plus-unit national franchise, the leadership team has held two things constant: never losing what makes Layne's special, and making sure franchisees are set up to win. That plays out in three ways: 1. Selective partnerships. "We're not teaching them how to run a restaurant," Our CEO Garrett Reed said. "We're teaching them how to be a Layne's owner." 2. Support that outpaces growth. Nearly 30 support center team members for 50 restaurants. Uncommon in QSR. Intentional here. 3. Real financial alignment. No supply chain markups. No equipment upcharges. Passed through at cost. When franchisees win, the brand wins. https://lnkd.in/dSZK8qsW #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

There's a number in Layne's 2026 FDD that's worth talking about. Traditional restaurants reported average revenues of over $2.2 million in 2025. With an initial investment starting at $481,500, the math is compelling. Here's what's behind it: six-digit opening weeks have become the norm. The model runs two dayparts, not twelve hours, keeping operating costs low. The equipment package is closer to a coffee concept than a full-service restaurant in complexity. And the corporate support ratio, one support team member for every 2.25 restaurants open, means franchisees aren't navigating it alone. Our CEO Garrett Reed said it best: "We don't make money on supply chain and equipment markups. We negotiate contracts, and our franchisees are able to buy products and equipment for the same price we do." That's a different kind of alignment. And it's showing up in the numbers. https://lnkd.in/d3vcwwDx #RestaurantIndustry #Hospitality #LaynesChickenFingers

The question every serious franchise prospect eventually asks: what can I actually make? It's the right question. And it deserves a real answer. 1851 Franchise pulled together Layne's 2025 franchisee earnings data: AUVs, unit economics and what the financial picture actually looks like for operators in the system. If you're already operating Arby's, Subway, or Jersey Mike's, you already know how franchising works. The question experienced sandwich operators are increasingly asking: what's next? The answer, for a growing number of them, is Layne's. The reasons make sense. The chicken tender category is outperforming the broader fast-casual space. The Layne's menu is tight and operationally efficient, easier to run than a full sandwich concept. The brand has 30 years of equity behind it and a national footprint still wide open. And the support model is built for operators who know what they're doing and want a partner, not a babysitter. Experienced operators diversify into growth. Right now, growth is here. https://lnkd.in/dn6h5QcU #LaynesChickenFingers #Franchising #FranchiseOpportunity #MultiUnit
