China lifts ban on Lady Gaga's ARTPOP album but insists star must cover up
The controversial singer's chart-topping records can be legally sold in the country after she spent three years on a government blacklist

Lady Gaga has been removed from a government blacklist in China, meaning her new album ARTPOP can be officially released.
It's been a long wait for the Applause singer, whose latest record had only been available in pirate form until the ban was finally lifted last week.
Writing on Twitter about the big news, Gaga said she was "so excited" and is already looking ahead to possible live shows.
She wrote: "China has been given the go ahead singer I'm so excited!!!!
"The Chinese Government approved 'ARTPOP' to be released in China with all 15 songs! Next I hope I can come to perform!"

However, according to CNN, the artwork for the record will be altered due to Chinese censors insisting on a few conditions.
These include inflating the large ball between the loved-up singer's legs to cover up more of her body, and a pair of black tights over her bare pins.
Meanwhile, Gaga is planing on opening her own Michael Jackson museum so she can showcase her £1.25million worth of memorabilia.
A source told us: "Gaga is a huge Michael fan, and she feels that there needs to be a real museum to celebrate his life and work.
“She has been stocking up on items from all over the world. Some of her purchases have been under different names so that she is not overpaying for artifacts.
"But now she has a few pieces she is planning out the next stage of where the location for the museum should be. She’s considering Gary, Indiana where Jackson started his career, her hometown NYC or Los Angeles, close to his Neverland home."
