You can reach them here: https://support.github.com/contact Include your application details, the rejection messages you've received, and mention that you've already made multiple attempts after addressing the requested issues. Hi, Unfortunately, GitHub no longer offers manual reviews for GitHub Education applications, so there isn't much that support can do in these cases. The best thing you can do is carefully review every detail before submitting again. Make sure your name matches your academic document exactly, use a current proof of enrollment, and verify that all the information on your GitHub account is consistent with your documentation. If everything is correct and your application is still being rejected, it may be an issue with the automated verification process. I appreciate that. Yeah I think since my classes have not started yet, that's potentially why it isn't getting accepted so I'm gonna bank on that |

I have experienced similar issues after triggering an automated security detection on the MSFT partner side (not github). The fix was to double check and correct all of my details, and be patient as it took a while to resolve. Support was prohibited from providing details on what was mismatched, so the onus was on me to figure it out. Which I did...the company name I submitted did not match the official state registration which is what they were comparing my submission to. |

Hi everyone,
I am currently applying for GitHub Education and have had more than five unsuccessful attempts due to missing information. After providing all of the requested documentation and meeting the stated requirements, my application was still rejected. However, this time no missing requirements or specific reason for the rejection were provided.
I'm unsure what I should do next. Has anyone experienced this issue before or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
