Hey! ive signed up for github sponsors but.. its been on pending for quite some time (months), since i first signed up.. what could be the reason??

GitHub Sponsors applications are reviewed manually, and the usual review time is generally much shorter than several months.

If your application has been stuck on Pending for months, check that your profile, payment/tax information, and eligibility requirements are complete. If everything looks correct, the best next step is to contact GitHub Support with your GitHub username and the date you applied so they can check the status of your application.
