New City Council Engagement Series

Join us for Council in the Community, a new event series where you can drop by to chat with your City Councilmembers. Attendees can ask questions, share feedback, and learn more about City services and priorities.

The first Council in the Community event will be held at the Northshore Senior Center on September 27, 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm.

Stop by City Hall on September 20 from 10:00am - 2:00pm to learn about all things sustainability! Attractions include a repair cafe, touch-a-trucks, live music, food trucks, games, crafts, and a wide variety of sustainable and local artisans, businesses, and organizations.

Fall is Salmon SEEson

This Fall, salmon with start returning to local creeks on their incredible journey home. Look for Chinook in September, Sockeye in October, and Coho in November as they swim upstream to spawn.

Slow Down for Students

Kids are back in school! Keep in mind that the school speed zone limit is 20 mph, and different schools have different arrival and dismissal times. Watch for speed zone lights, slow down, stay alert, and keep kids safe.
