How do I use the live chat?
Our chat is tied into our IRC server @ chat.motherless.com.
That means you have 2 different ways of chatting.
You can use our web based chat @ https://motherless.com/chat, or you can connect to our chat using your favorite IRC client software like mIRC.
Note: you need to use our web-chat to see cams or to turn on your own cam in chat.
We have many different theme-rooms where you can find like-minded people. You will see these listed on the left hand side. You can be in several rooms at once. To leave a room, click on the small x to the right of the room title in that list on the left of your screen.
You can private-message other users by clicking on their username in the user-list on the right, or their name in the room itself.
Note: New members must wait a two-hour grace period before entering chat for the first time. This is to avoid all that annoying spam crap.
