Frontier Airlines has launched new nonstop service from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) to Baltimore/Washington (BWI), Chicago O’Hare (ORD), Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), and Detroit (DTW). The carrier will add flights to Charlotte Douglas (CLT) tomorrow, followed by service to Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) on Saturday. The airline now serves 12 destinations from FLL.
“With our launch of new service to Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Detroit, Houston, and Charlotte, N.C., we are thrilled to offer South Florida consumers affordable travel to even more exciting destinations just in time for the busy holiday travel season,” said Josh Flyr, VP of Network and Operations Design, Frontier Airlines, in a media statement. “With our ultra-low fares and our enhanced customer experience, along with growth in top metro areas across the United States, we look forward to showing travelers why The New Frontier is quickly becoming America’s Low Fare Airline.”
Service to Baltimore/Washington International Airport, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Detroit Wayne County Metropolitan Airport and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is three times weekly, while the service to George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston is weekly.
