      Contact information. First name, last name, email, and telephone number. Consent of the interested party. To attend and respond to requests, comments, suggestions. As well as providing support to the User during the use of the Website. Personal data will be processed by Vendo for the period necessary to respond to the question and/or resolve the incident indicated by the User. Said data will be blocked in order to comply with Vendo's legal obligations and, once this period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.
      User data. First name, last name, email, phone number, payment account details, credit card numbers. Execution of the contractual relationship to which the interested party is a party. Payments and transactions. Charge your bank account, credit card or selected payment method the agreed amount for the service or product purchased. Personal data will be processed by Vendo for the period necessary to respond to the question and/or resolve the incident indicated by the User.       Candidate data. Name, surname, email, CV, academic and professional data, as well as recruitment data. Consent of the interested party. Recruitment and selection: Evaluate and communicate with job applicants. Personal data will be retained for one year, except on LinkedIn, where it will be deleted after three months of inactivity, in compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation.
      Commercial communication (Newsletter). First name, last name, and email. Consent of the interested party. To carry out marketing communications. To inform about events, reports and other services available on the Web Site. This data will be used for as long as the User remains subscribed to commercial communications. If you choose to unsubscribe, all your personal data collected for this function will be blocked in order to comply with Vendo's legal obligations and, after this period, will be definitively deleted.

The personal data will be processed by Vendo for the period necessary for the execution of the contract. Said data will be blocked in order to comply with Vendo's legal obligations and, once this period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.
      Financial data. First name, last name, email, payment account details, credit card numbers. Execution of the contractual relationship to which the interested party is a party. Payments and transactions. Charge your bank account, credit card or selected payment method the agreed amount for the service or product purchased.     Vendo informs that, for the fulfillment of the purposes described above, it will not transfer the User's personal data to third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Vendo may provide access to such personal data to:

    When you use our payment processing services, we also create aggregated trend analytics based on users’ behavior, to carry out automated risk assessment and fraud detection required by payment card industry security standards and dynamic pricing analysis, based on:

    • Aggregated market information

    Your data is also anonymized to accumulate in the market information.

    The above information facilitates us to deliver our services to grant you your access rights to our Partner’s products and services. To fulfill our role as a payment provider, Vendo Services furthermore receives from Websites with whom you placed an order, information about the online URL you will access. If, on the basis of the fraud and security analysis, you do not get the required clearance, you will not be able to make a purchase, or your payment request may be denied.   5. 5. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

    Vendo undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorized communication of or access to such data. Personal data will be treated confidentially by Vendo, which undertakes to inform and enforce, by legal or contractual obligation, such confidentiality to its employees, partners and any person who must have access to the User's personal data.

    Vendo Services is PCI compliant and conforms with the security measures of the Payment Card industry.

    Vendo Services’ secure server encrypts all your personal information (including name and address) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. When you enter this information, it is captured on a page that uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default. In order to be certain that you are connected to a real Vendo Services payment window, you can click on the little lock that appears at the bottom of the window as soon as the connection has been made secure. Then check whether you are connected to a Vendo Services server. Vendo Services makes use of a 128 bits Thawte certificate for the payment’s pages, and we use 3Des encryption for the credit card authorization.

  6. 6. DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

    The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and, where appropriate, limitation of processing and portability of data by sending an email to
