Position: Senior ASM / DSM (Sales)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: BDT 50,000 – 60,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior ASM / DSM (Sales) to lead regional sales operations, drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve ambitious sales targets through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and monitor field sales teams.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Expand dealer/distributor network and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute market development strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Business preferred).
• 3–7+ years of sales experience with team management responsibilities.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
