The All-Story Magazine was a pulp magazine founded in 1905 and published by Frank Munsey. The editor was Robert H. Davis. Munsey merged it with The Cavalier, another pulp, in May 1914, and the title changed to All-Story Cavalier Weekly for a year. In 1920 it was merged with Munsey's Argosy; the combined magazine was retitled Argosy All-Story Weekly. Well-known contributors included mystery writer Mary Roberts Rinehart and the Western writer Max Brand. The most famous was Edgar Rice Burroughs, whose first sale, Under the Moons of Mars, appeared in 1912, starting his Barsoom series set on Mars. The same year, All-Story printed his Tarzan of the Apes (issue pictured), and more Tarzan stories followed, along with another Burroughs series, about Pellucidar, a land inside the Earth. The debut of Zorro, the vigilante, was in All-Story in 1919, in Johnston McCulley's The Curse of Capistrano. The magazine was merged in 1929 into another, which soon focused on love stories and continued until 1955. (Full article...)

There are 146 Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations in operation in Singapore. The MRT is the country's principal mode of public transport. Owned by the Land Transport Authority, the system spans 246.6 kilometres (153.2 mi) and has six lines: the North–South Line (NSL), the East–West Line (EWL), the North East Line (NEL), the Circle Line (CCL), the Downtown Line (DTL), and the Thomson–East Coast Line (TEL). The MRT has two operators: SMRT Trains and SBS Transit. SMRT operates the NSL, EWL, CCL and TEL, while SBS operates the NEL and DTL. As of 2025, the MRT serves 3.49 million passengers per day. All MRT stations are wheelchair-accessible, and some are public civil defence shelters. Most NEL, CCL, DTL and TEL stations in operation, as well as two NSL stations, have public artworks as part of the Art in Transit programme. (Full list...)
