This change removes the repository policy that auto-replied on newly opened issues containing
@meaghanlewis. The goal is to stop that GitOps issue-management responder behavior..github/policies/mention-meaghanlewis.yml.GitOps.IssueManagementeventResponderTasksrule keyed onbodyContains: '@meaghanlewis'.
