Add an option to automatically create a github gist

It could be useful to add an option to the CLI to automatically create a github GIST after the conversion.

The option should include the following feature:

• Create a public or private gist
• Description for the gist

I think the idea is interesting, but I’m wondering how we should request/provide the GitHub token for publishing. The first thing that comes to my mind is adding it as a command-line parameter and, if it’s not provided, falling back to an environment variable such as GITHUB_TOKEN.

Does that sound like an acceptable approach to you?
