William Reynolds "Bill" Archer, född 22 mars 1928 i Houston, Texas, död 4 juli 2026 i Stanley, Virginia,[1][2] var en amerikansk republikansk politiker. Han var ledamot av USA:s representanthus 1971–2001.[3]
Archer efterträdde 1971 George H.W. Bush som kongressledamot[4] och efterträddes 2001 av John Culberson.[5]
