Getting materials together for my annual DBS registration. I have 3 current DBSs so this will be my 4th. I have no idea why every organisation needs a new registration and I've no idea why,in an online world, I have to gather a selection of paper bills (which means printing some)

Extraordinary session of test cricket. All very exciting for spectators but very self-indulgent. I shudder to think what Fred Trueman would have made of it - it would probably have been x-rated #EngvNZ

Just received my latest copy of County Cricket Matters - a great read, as always. Thank you @AnnieChave. Perhaps the travails of England in Australia should remind us of the importance of red ball cricket.

Here's a paradox, as the world gets more and more connected, it's getting harder to contact people. Companies make it ever harder for customers to get in touch but @Aegon take it to the limit - no email address, no phone number. You have to do better than that
