Bothell’s parks and facilities offer great locations to hold events such as family picnics, birthday parties, and team outings. Browse through our available facilities to find the right fit for your event needs and make a reservation.

View Availability and Reserve Shelters
- Groups of less than 100 people can view availability of and reserve picnic shelters ONLINE.
- Available days and time slots will show the option to "Reserve". If you don't see this option, the shelter is already booked.
- We require 5 days' notice for all picnic shelter rentals.
- We will begin accepting reservations for 2026 on January 1, 2026.
- Facility Rentals may not be available on specified City holidays.
- Groups of more than 100 people should apply for a Special Event Permit prior to booking a facility.
- Special events can only be held at Blyth Park and Park at Bothell Landing, or other plazas, streets, and public spaces.
All uncovered picnic tables in Bothell parks are first come, first serve. No reservation is needed to use these picnic tables.
North Creek Schoolhouse
Centennial Park (1130 208th St SE, Bothell, WA 98021)
This charming, historic schoolhouse at Centennial Park is the ideal rental facility for small meetings and family gatherings. The North Creek Schoolhouse accommodates a maximum of 35 people.

- North Creek Schoolhouse is available 7 days a week, from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
- We require 30 days' notice for all schoolhouse rentals and only accept reservations within the current calendar year.
- Available days and time slots will show the option to "Request". If you don't see this option, the schoolhouse is already booked. Once we receive your rental request, we will contact you to confirm the reservation. Please note that full payment is due at time of request.
- If you are interested in booking the space on a regular basis for recurring meetings or events, please email recreation@bothellwa.gov to discuss options before submitting your request.
Lytle House
Park at Bothell Landing (9929 NE 180th St, Bothell, WA 98011)
Experience and enjoy the Lytle House at Bothell Landing, a renovated historic home located on the Sammamish River's edge in downtown Bothell. Whether you're planning a charming family reunion or hosting a class, discover the picturesque ambiance of this unique historical setting.

Park at Bothell Landing Amphitheater
Park at Bothell Landing (9929 NE 180th St, Bothell, WA 98011)
This large, public outdoor amphitheater can accommodate performances and events for up to 600 people. A Special Event Permit is required for events with more than 100 people expected in attendance.
- Groups of less than 100 people can reserve the Amphitheater ONLINE.
- Available days and time slots will show the option to "Reserve". If you don't see this option, the amphitheater is already booked.
- We require 30 days' notice for all amphitheater rentals.
- Groups of more than 100 people should apply for a Special Event Permit prior to booking a facility.
- Special events can only be held at Blyth Park and Park at Bothell Landing, or other plazas, streets, and public spaces.
Park at Bothell Landing Lawn
Park at Bothell Landing (9929 NE 180th St, Bothell, WA 98011)
For use of the lawn adjacent to the amphitheater for special events, photography/film shoots, or any other activities, please email recreation@bothellwa.gov. The lawn between the park and SR522 is available for large festivals and events with a Special Event Permit from November through mid-May.
Other Parks, Plazas, or Open Spaces

Park User Fees
Park User Fees are updated annually, and new fees go into effect on Jan. 1 every year. Please review this document for refund and cancelation policies.

Reservations for facilities are available 24/7 online through our reservation software, PerfectMind. You will need to sign-up and/or login to your account in order to make a reservation.
