May continued the positive sentiment that returned to the markets after the spring correction. Investors remained focused primarily on AI, technology and growth companies, while concerns about inflation, interest rates and geopolitical tensions temporarily receded into the background. The S&P 500 index continued to rise and further improved its... Zobrazit více
Iran and the USA have agreed to a 60-day extension of the ceasefire.
The final deliberation awaits Donald Trump's approval. WTI crude oil is weakening below $88 per barrel this morning.
The proposed memorandum of understanding would guarantee free passage through the strait, and Iran would have to remove all minefields within 30 days of signing. Negotiations on Iran's nuclear... Zobrazit více
For me, this isn’t entirely positive. It doesn’t change much — there has already been a ceasefire and attacks are still taking place, as are blockades, and an end is nowhere in sight even under the cover of an extended ceasefire. Until the Iran–US chapter is closed and the Strait of Hormuz is fully reopened, this doesn’t really change anything.
Boeing surprised Wall Street: Rising deliveries are finally reducing losses $BA
Boeing's results for the first quarter of 2026 finally suggest that the long‑awaited turnaround is starting to have real foundations. The company remains in a loss, but results beat analysts' expectations, mainly thanks to improving production and higher aircraft deliveries. Those deliveries are the... Zobrazit více
Do you think it's harder to hold a losing position or to sell a winning one?
Personally, I definitely find selling a winning position more difficult, because I'm never sure it's the right time and I keep thinking I might hold a little longer since the uptrend may not be over. Paradoxically, a losing position bothers me less, because if the fundamentals haven't changed, I see it... Zobrazit více
From my experience, it's sometimes better to be a bit greedy and take profits rather than wait for a stock's peak and sell only when it feels fair. Because then it falls and you keep wondering whether you should have sold or waited. You just have to make the decision yourself—nobody will do it for you. As they say: a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
Even from the perspective of stock performance, it’s been visible quite clearly since 2022, when the situation started to shift. $UBER has even managed to outperform Tesla’s shares $TSLA over the past four years. And quite significantly. The ratio is 62% for Uber vs. 31.4% for Tesla.
Today was an extreme sell-off. The only thing annoying me is $NVO, where I’ve been bleeding for a long time, and just when it looked like things were turning for the better, we got hit. Unfortunately, there’s nothing to be done.
Who are your top picks right now? At current prices I have three — $MSFT, $FICO (it’s brutal, but it could still go a bit lower 🤣) and $SPGI
Shares $RDDT have risen by more than 390% over the past two years, which is a solid performance. After the IPO the shares plunged significantly, but they later recovered and the company is doing quite well now. At the current valuation I won't invest in it, but after a possible correction it could be interesting.
What are your thoughts on Reddit? Do you hold $RDDT in your... Zobrazit více
I'm curious how Reddit will approach LLM models. Right now they get some revenue from chatbots that draw on their content when answering queries. But what will it be like in a few years when people become more comfortable and a scenario similar to what was predicted for Google becomes likely? Will people visit their pages or just rely on a quick answer? Advertisers will inevitably have to respond to this.
$AMD and $NVDA are, together with a weaker dollar, reaching interesting levels for us. Are you considering buying? If so, at what price levels are you waiting? Which company do you prefer?
I sold both AMD and NVIDIA (168). I took decent profits, and if I buy again I’d probably only pick one company — I’ll see what the dip does and whether it even falls lower, maybe around $135 for AMD and $145 for NVIDIA 🍀

I reduced my positions in MSFT and CTAS. I added to TSM, NDAQ and some insurers. I’m considering buying GRMN.
