This is the original GIF image I newly uploaded, but the existing ~~SVG vector image~~ on Wikimedia Commons have many serious bugs. Therefore, I personally recommend remaking the SVG vector image of the Tatar ASSR national emblem based on the Komi ASSR national emblem and uploading it as a new file, rather than modifying and overwriting the ~~original SVG vector image~~ of the Tatar ASSR national emblem.
A new SVG vector image should be made based on this vector image of the emblem of the Komi ASSR.

The existing version on Commons does not reflect the legal changes mandated by the Naoero National Anthem, Emblem and Flag Protection (Amendment) Act 2019 and the subsequent 2020 Amendment. The lower right section should contain a branch of 7 tomano (calophyllum) flowers with 6 leaves.

IMAGE 1: Appears to be intentionally styled to resemble an ancient fantasy-game parchment. Since this is an online encyclopedia and not a fantasy website - please remove the artificial aged-map effects and present it in a clean, professional style. Please directly overwrite the existing image instead of creating a replacement SVG/JPG file.
IMAGE 2: Please add the Arabian Sea and land areas outside Kerala to provide proper geographic context. The current version also uses too many colors, which makes it look cluttered and visually amateurish; consider simplifying the palette [even converting it to a clean black-and-white ]. Map appears amateurish. Please refine the design into a cleaner, more professional-looking map. Please directly overwrite the existing image instead of creating a replacement SVG/JPG file.

Request for a historically based SVG reconstruction of the Coat of Arms of Arequipa

I would like to request a new SVG reconstruction of the Coat of Arms of Arequipa based on the colored depiction identified by historian Gustavo Quintanilla Paulet in the Archivo Ducal de Alba.

Sources:

According to these sources, the historical representation preserved in the Archivo Ducal de Alba allows a more precise identification of the colors and heraldic elements of the coat of arms.

The current SVG used in Wikimedia Commons appears to differ from the historical representation in several aspects, particularly in the coloration of some elements. Therefore, it would be valuable to have a reconstruction based as closely as possible on the historical evidence described by Quintanilla Paulet.

Description of the coat of arms:

Volcanic hill representing El Misti emitting smoke.
River at the base of the hill.
Green trees on both sides.
Two golden lions.
Red field (gules).
Blue border (azure) with eight golden fleurs-de-lis.
Closed helmet.
Black griffin above the helmet.
Banner bearing the inscription "Karlos", "Carlos" or "Karolus".

@Ilzolende: Thank you! Yes, looks good. Actually, this version with standing crosses (1) seems more faithful to the original. Although your other version (2) with rotaded crosses could be kept as a separate alternative. Furthermore, would you be willing to make an third version (3) including the version 1 coat of arms (horizontal crosses), but with a full heraldic achievement, complete with a conventional heraldic helmet, crest, torse, and mantling? Regarding a full achievement: I'll think about it.

I can put the standing crosses back no problem. The rotated crosses will still be in the file history. Also, if you have any sources for the blazon, or the blazon in some other language, I'd be happy to include those.

Actually, you could “cite” any source, since it couldn’t be verified and might well be far from the truth, as well as close - who knows? -, this one can hardly be accepted, to which it might be added that this coat of arms is not registered in any official roll, which make it out of scope.

Moreover, the fact that the applicant takes the position of the crosses so lightly (“Actually, this version with standing crosses (1) seems more faithful to the original. Although your other version (2) with rotaded crosses could be kept as a separate alternative”) only serves to heighten the doubt, given that, from an heraldic point of view, this matter is perfectly defined and cannot be subject to any nuance or interpretation, nor considered as a “possible alternative”. i.e. if the charges are not bendwise, this cannot fail to be specified.

Coat of arms blazoned: "A dove close on a bar abased, with a crest of two ostrich feathers." From Swedish source in PDF], originally from Swedish church records. The tinctures are unfortunately, as far as I know, unkown/unverified.
