Hmm, from the front page, it doesn't really seem like this community is active anymore :P But in case there's anyone out there still subscribed, there's a couple projects running on tumblr right now I'm involved in, that you can check out if you want!

Second is a fandom exchange event called hxh big bang, that pairs up artists who agree to write long(ish XD) stories with artists who agree to illustrate for them. This is the fifth year the event has run, almost 70 people are signed ATM up but we could use a couple more artists to match the numbers. Tell your artist friends!

I'm just finding my feet again in the online manga/anime world, after having spent the past (too many) years on Facebook & Twitter, mostly obsessing about politics & enjoying the cute cat stuff people share. I'm hoping there's still interest in anime & anime fan works, including fan fiction, here &/or elsewhere - and HunterXHunter has long been a favorite.

Hello!!!! Sorry it took me so long to reply, aha.

These days I'm mostly on tumblr for fandom.... Who knew that all these years later, tumblr and reddit and ao3 and discord would shake out as the main active places?????

But yeah my story is exactly the same as yours, I basically drifted away from fandom for 7 years because of the pressures of my job, and not having any time or energy after work to do anything creative. I made tenure last year and finally felt like I could relax enough to sink enormous amounts of time (TOO MUCH TIME) into online hobbies again, ahahaha.
