I’ve really erred on the side of too much information in this letter, as I know some writers want every detail they can possibly get, but mainly I'm just throwing out suggestions in the hope they might be helpful!

Things I don't like so much: Mpreg, genderswitching (actual trans* characters are fine), humiliation and related kinks, A/B/O, darkfic, OTPs / soulmates in the sense there is only one person for everyone. And that's about it.

A note on crossovers: Given the four fandoms I’m requesting this year, there is a possibility you’re familiar with more than one of them. So on the offchance you’d like to write some sort of crossover (Melville & Hawthorne go whaling! Guert & Owen do their laundry in London!) please feel free. But I absolutely do not expect any crossover and I’ll be just as delighted with a one-fandom fic.
