A 23-year-old Roseville man is dead after fireworks exploded at an abandoned munitions plant, the Minnesota Star Tribune reported. Authorities say it happened about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant in suburban Arden Hills. The victim was identified as Yaseen Samir Abumayyaleh. Via MinnPost
