An awkward potion is a potion that provides no effects. It is used as the basis for brewing most other potions.

Usage

Base potions

Awkward potion is a base potion. It has no effect when the player drinks it, but is necessary as the basis for other potions.

Lingering potion

In Bedrock Edition, a lingering awkward potion acts similar to the lingering water bottle, being able to extinguish burning entities and damage endermen, blazes, and snow golems, but without the ability to put out fires.
