beautiful as always
Slick look! I hope you are able to get rid of your jello. When I look at that canopy it seems like it's to thin and flexible for the weight of that cam.

PUSHER FTW! Love the design. Great work. This reminds me on my spezi65 RST prototype. There was one with folgable ducts which one where mounted like yours. However i never build a lot of these prototypes since the struts breaks ez. You use TPU there? Stiff enough?
Really nice 4-inch project, and the AkingFPV EVA4 04 PRO frame looks like an interesting choice for an O4 Pro setup. I like how detailed you were about both the positives and the drawbacks, especially the notes about the frame weight, TPU parts, 45° AIO mounting, and the propellers still being visible in DVR despite the “no props in view” claim.
The 240g build weight shown in the photos is also helpful for anyone considering something similar, especially with 4S 18650 packs. It seems like a solid frame for experimenting, but your notes make it clear that balance and TPU selection matter a lot on this build. Thanks for sharing the part list and real-world feedback; posts like this are useful for builders comparing compact long-range or efficient 4-inch setups. I also share practical online resources at painelxitff.com, so I always appreciate detailed community builds that help others make better decisions before starting their own project.
I don't believe this record is true. If you had included the OSD info in your YouTube video it would have been more convincing. It seems like you might have slightly slowed the flight footage when making the video and added that 51 minute timer to the screen. Also the build list does not make sense for a lightweight long endurance drone.
That’s a really clean and well-thought-out build. The weight at 117g dry is impressive for a setup like this, and using the 1404 3800KV motors seems like a solid choice for balancing efficiency and power. The custom camera mount and battery holder for 650mAh 4S packs is a smart touch too always nice to see practical tweaks that improve usability.
I’ve been looking into different builds and setups recently, and while browsing around I also came across hitvapk.net which has some interesting resources related to apps and tools that can complement FPV and tech hobbies. Overall, this looks like a fun and capable micro long-range rig would love to hear how it performs in real flight conditions!
The goal with this build was to keep it as light and practical as possible without giving up too much power, so the 1404 3800KV motors on 4S felt like a good middle ground. As mentioned on freestylepanel.net for Android devices, the custom camera mount and 650mAh holder were definitely small changes, but they helped make the setup cleaner and easier to use in the field.
I’m still putting more flight time on it, but so far it’s been flying smoothly and feels efficient for a micro long-range build. I’ll try to share more details on flight performance, range, and battery endurance once I’ve had a chance to test it in a few different conditions. Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback.
Bro, Could you rebuild the same for 11" or 13" propellers? That might be a great help to the cinelifter community

This is a great build. I have been flying Wonky Nips motors and the WeeBleed variant with the knurled shaft. They fly well, but get damaged too easily. I have had 3 motors trashed because because the bell hits the windings too easily (incorrect positioning of the windings, or too much slippage in the shaft).
Have you tried out the mod for mounting the battery on top? I did this recently and I really like the change to the flight feel.
I'm going to snip my ducts like yours :).
Nice build, really like how clean and purposeful everything looks. The overall setup feels well thought out without being overcomplicated. Curious how it flies under load and if you’ve pushed it hard yet.
For reference, here is the platform: Nova Patti
