Pros: All features, such as chatbots and live translation, are included. The chatbot builder uses a drag-and-drop interface and is easy to use. The provider offers not only WhatsApp but also many other channels, such as email, Instagram, Telegram, and SMS.
We really appreciated the ability to continue using our WhatsApp Business app alongside the platform. The automations for customer service and marketing are very helpful.Cons: The wide range of settings seems very complex at first and isn't immediately clear without the instructions and tutorials.
Overall: We’ve only been using the platform for a few months, but we find the time savings in the service area and the marketing features incredibly helpful.
