🔞 PLATFORM PURPOSE

YNC is an adult-only (18+) platform dedicated to documenting real-world events in their raw and unfiltered form.

YNC allows graphic and disturbing real-world footage for documentation, commentary, archival, and public interest purposes.

Any suspected exploitation of minors will be immediately reported to appropriate authorities.

Content uploaded purely for sexual gratification, commercial pornography distribution, or fetishized exploitation may be removed at our sole discretion.

YNC may contain outbound links to third-party websites, including sites that may be pornographic or adult in nature.

These third-party sites:

• Are independently owned and operated
• Are not controlled by YNC
• Maintain their own content policies
• Maintain their own privacy practices

YNC is not responsible for:

• Content on third-party sites
• Legality of third-party sites

🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE CONTENT

The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and permanent ban:

🛡 ANTI-DOXXING RULES

YNC prohibits publishing:

• Private home addresses
• Private phone numbers
• Financial account information
• Social security numbers
• Private email addresses
• Non-public identifying details

Public figures recorded in public spaces may be discussed.

Doxxing private individuals will result in immediate removal and ban.

Coordinated harassment campaigns are prohibited.

⚖ DEFAMATION & MISIDENTIFICATION

Users may not:

• Knowingly post false accusations of crimes
• Falsely identify individuals in footage
• Fabricate allegations of criminal conduct

Commentary must be presented as opinion unless verifiable.

We reserve the right to remove misleading or defamatory posts.

📹 GRAPHIC CONTENT POLICY

YNC allows graphic documentation of:

• Violent incidents
• Fatal accidents
• War footage
• Severe bodily injury
• Crime scenes
• Public tragedies

However:

• No staged torture
• No sadistic or fetishized violence
• No celebration of death
• No incitement to violence

Documentation is permitted. Glorification of harm is not.

🧠 NO CELEBRATION OF HARM

Users may not:

• Celebrate deaths
• Advocate violence against groups
• Promote genocide
• Encourage violent retaliation

Strong commentary is allowed. Calls for violence are not.

🧾 COPYRIGHT

Upload only content you own or have rights to distribute.

Repeat copyright violations may result in permanent ban.

DMCA requests are reviewed promptly.

🔐 ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

• Account security
• Password confidentiality
• Activity under their account

YNC logs IP addresses for abuse prevention and legal compliance.

🚨 LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

YNC may:

• Preserve logs
• Report credible threats
• Respond to lawful subpoenas
• Cooperate with investigations

We do not guarantee anonymity where legally compelled.
