In no event shall UbiqFile or its suppliers be liable for damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if UbiqFile or its authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

UbiqFile has not reviewed all websites linked from its platform and is not responsible for the content of any linked site. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

UbiqFile does not assume warranty or responsibility for the timeliness, completeness or correctness of any information uploaded by users.

UbiqFile is not obliged to monitor the information transmitted or stored by users, nor to investigate it for facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity, except as required by applicable law.

Information uploaded by users, including files and content, is considered third-party information and is not adopted by UbiqFile as its own.

By uploading information, the user grants UbiqFile a simple right of use, free of charge and without geographic restriction, to store, duplicate and make the information publicly available on the platform for as long as the user stores it there.

Unless otherwise agreed, the user has no claim for compensation in exchange for uploading information. However, UbiqFile may grant benefits for uploads at its own discretion.

• Libel, slander, or defamatory content

• Racist content, violent extremist content, or war glorification

• Content inciting hatred against protected groups
• Content offending human dignity
• Pornographic content involving minors, sexual abuse, or sexual acts with animals
• Material that creates a grave risk to the development of children or minors

UbiqFile may, without prior notice and at its own discretion, block or delete content in whole or in part if it is incompatible with these Terms or with applicable law.

UbiqFile may also block, remove, or relink content where third parties assert rights claims, or where public authorities or courts direct UbiqFile to cease storing or publishing such content.

The uploader grants UbiqFile the right to overlay advertising on the platform, including in connection with the downloading of uploaded content. Advertising may include banners, links, buttons, videos and pop-ups.

The uploader grants UbiqFile the right to create thumbnails of image and video files in order to improve usability, search functions and platform integration.

The uploader also grants UbiqFile the right to make technical changes necessary for processing and transmission, including changes required for technical compatibility with networks and delivery systems.

The uploader warrants that they hold all required rights to store, process, publish and transmit the uploaded information, and that no third-party rights or laws are violated by the upload.

In the event of a breach of these warranties, the uploader agrees to indemnify and hold UbiqFile harmless against any liability to third parties.

Any claim relating to UbiqFile's website shall be governed by the laws of the country where UbiqFile is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

General terms and conditions applicable to the use of a website also apply where relevant.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use and disclose personal information only for identified purposes and in accordance with lawful and fair practices.

If such content is identified, support will act quickly to remove it and permanently block the uploader account.

Accounts found guilty of uploading illegal or indecent imagery or other prohibited content may face permanent bans, loss of access to the Service and legal action from law enforcement.

UbiqFile may report such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and CyberTipline, and may cooperate with local and international law enforcement agencies.

You agree to indemnify and hold UbiqFile, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

• Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service
• Your use of the Service
• Your connection to the Service
• Your violation of the Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another person or party

Customers may use UbiqFile servers only for lawful purposes. Transmission of material in violation of country, federal, state or local regulation is prohibited.

This includes, without limitation:

• Child pornography
• Copyrighted information without rights or license
• Using servers or network to conspire to commit illegal activity
• Supporting or facilitating unlawful conduct

Any activity that causes interruptions to UbiqFile networks, servers or outside networks is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, denial-of-service attacks and maliciously configured software.

UbiqFile allows the use of VPNs, proxies and secure tunnels. These tools are commonly used to enhance user privacy, protect personal data and ensure safer access to the platform.

We recommend using trusted VPN or proxy solutions, especially when accessing the service from public networks or regions with unstable or restricted connectivity.

However, abusive or malicious use of such technologies, including activities that harm the service, bypass security systems, or violate our Terms of Service, is strictly prohibited and may result in restrictions or account suspension.
