Hello @onakozo,
We tested it on our end, and everything is working fine. We recommend backing up your website before making any changes. You can try deactivating and deleting the plugin, then download the latest version from here and install it manually from the WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Upload the downloaded file > Install & Activate.
Another option is to deactivate and delete the current plugin, then search for Passster in Plugins and install it directly to see if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your feedback!
Warm regards,
Cristina
Hello, Dear Developer
I have disabled and then removed and reinstalled the plugin, but the situation is the same. I have tried both…
And also I have just downgraded the All old version and checked each one, It works up to the older version, Version: 4.1.4. But all higher versions after that do not show up.
My wordpress is set up in Japanese, does this have anything to do with it? Is there any other cause?
Thank you
Best regards.

Hello @onakozo,
It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshooting mode and only activate Passster and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five, for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes and what you find!
All the best,
Beatrice.

hello
Sorry for the late reply.
First, I have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the theme or wordpress itself.
Here is what I tried
1) Stopped all plugins, activated only Passster, but the situation is the same.
Furthermore, I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Five and the situation was the same.
As I guessed, I upgraded the main body of wordpress to 6.6, which solved the problem.
In other words, I found that if the version of wordpress is 4.5.6, it does not work properly.
I concluded that there is only one way to do this: either update the main body of WordPress to 6.6 or higher, or downgrade the Passster plugin.
Best regards.
