After purchasing, download the ZIP file from your account dashboard. In your WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New (for themes) or Plugins → Add New (for plugins) and upload the ZIP. Activate it, then enter your license key in the settings panel.

PHP 7.4 or higher (8.1+ recommended), WordPress 5.9+, MySQL 5.7+, and at least 256 MB of PHP memory (512 MB for the mass embedder). Most modern hosts meet these requirements. Contact your host if you're unsure.

First, ensure your license is activated in WPS Mass Embedder → Settings → License. Then check that your PHP memory limit is at least 256 MB and max_execution_time is 120s or more. If videos still aren't importing, check our docs for source-specific troubleshooting or open a ticket with your server error log.

With an active license, updates appear automatically in your WordPress dashboard under Plugins or Themes → Updates. Simply click "Update Now". We recommend reading the changelog before updating to check for any breaking changes.

Start by deactivating all non-WP-Script plugins one by one until you identify the conflict. Check our compatibility docs for known conflicts. If you can't resolve it, open a support ticket and include your WordPress version, PHP version, and the list of active plugins.

Log into your WP-Script account and go to My Account → My Products. All purchased themes and plugins will be listed with a download button. You can also find your license keys there.

Copy your license key from My Account → My Products. In your WordPress admin, go to the theme or plugin's settings page (usually under Settings → [Plugin Name] or Appearance → Theme Settings) and paste your key in the License Key field. Click Activate.

Yes. Go to My Account → My Sites and deactivate the license from the old site. You can then activate it on your new site. If you need help, open a support ticket.
