Your videos must:
1) Have sign language
2) Show your face in at least one video
Once approved, any new public video you upload to YouTube will automatically show up on DVTV within about an hour. Make sure your videos are set to "public" and "embeddable."

No. They can be different.
A video comment can be removed for three reasons:
- The vlogger deleted it from their own vlog
- Other users flagged it, and enough flags were reached
- A DVTV admin removed it for breaking the R-List rules

A view is counted every time someone watches a vlog.
A visit is counted once every 30 minutes. So if you watch the same vlog 3 times in 30 minutes, that counts as 3 views but only 1 visit.

If you haven’t uploaded a video to YouTube in over 6 months, DVTV turns off your YouTube connection to save resources. Go to the YouTube page and click "Re-activate" next to your account.
The R-List has the rules for DVTV. All vloggers and commenters are expected to follow it.
Set your YouTube video to "private" or "unlisted." Private videos are removed from DVTV automatically.
If you want some videos public on YouTube but not on DVTV, use two YouTube accounts — one connected to DVTV and one not.

Masks are not allowed in video comments. If you want to make a creative video with a mask, upload it as a vlog instead.
You can block them. Go to your Block List to add a user. Blocked users cannot comment on your vlogs.
Block: The person cannot leave video comments on your vlogs. They will know they are blocked.
Hide: You won’t see the person’s videos or comments, but they won’t know you hid them.
