Gold blocks, gold ore and deepslate gold ore (floor and walls), a gold nugget (center dropped item), and gold ingots (left and right dropped items).

Gold is a metal found in the Overworld and the Nether. It generates naturally as gold ore and Nether gold ore, which can be smelted into gold ingots, and as blocks of gold in bastions. The gold ingots can be crafted into blocks, items, tools, and armor. Gold can also be used to barter with piglins and craft golden carrots, one of the most nourishing foods in the game.

Items

Raw Gold - an item that drops from gold ore when mined; it can be smelted into gold ingots.
Gold Ingot - an item created by smelting gold ore, nether gold ore, raw gold, or crafting using gold nuggets; it is used for crafting items such as netherite ingots; it is dropped by zombified piglins.
Gold Nugget - an item that can be crafted into a gold ingot. Obtained by killing zombified piglins, smelting gold equipment (see § Gear and tools) in a furnace, or mining nether gold ore or gilded blackstone.
Golden Apple - a food item, crafted from gold ingots and an apple that gives the player Absorption and Regeneration.
Enchanted Golden Apple - a powerful food item that cannot be crafted, and can only be found as loot. It gives the player Absorption, Regeneration, Resistance, and Fire Resistance.
Golden Carrot - a very nourishing food item, crafted from gold nuggets and a carrot together. It is used for brewing.
Glistering Melon Slice - an inedible item, crafted from gold nuggets and a melon slice. It is also used for brewing.
Golden Dandelion - a flower which can be fed to baby mobs to prevent them from aging.
Clock - an item that displays the current time in-game.

Blocks

Gold Ore - an uncommon ore found deep underground. It is more common underneath Badlands.
Deepslate Gold Ore - a variant of gold ore found in the deepslate layer of the world.
Nether Gold Ore - a variant of gold ore that drops only nuggets when mined without Silk Touch.
Gilded Blackstone - a variant of blackstone that usually drops as itself, but occasionally drops as gold nuggets.
Block of Raw Gold - a block used for compact raw gold storage.
Block of Gold - a block used for compact gold storage.
Bell - a block that produces sound when used. Can be purchased by trading with an armorer, toolsmith, or weaponsmith.
Powered Rail - a type of rail made with gold ingots.
Light Weighted Pressure Plate - a pressure plate made of gold. Useful for measuring how many entities are in a given space.
Golden Dandelion - a golden type of dandelions, used for preventing some baby mobs from aging.
