I used to write on an account with the name of eloria_ithilwen and before that helene_merit.
I give access to journals I also have access to, it feels weird any other way.
For privacy reasons this journal is currently Friends Only but I like getting to know people, it's why I'm here. If you add me there is a high chance of me adding you back.
I try to comment regularly, if you dislike it please let me know. I also enjoy comments but I don't always have the energy to write, I read them and reply as soon as I can, same for messages and replies to comments I left. I like comments that just say you are reading and have nothing to say but it's not mandatory to comment, I do like to know who is reading my journal so a minimal of interaction once in awhile is good.
My journal is heavily spiritually oriented, I'm (animist, panentheist, polytheist) pagan, otherkin, druid, I work with magic, totemism and other personal weirdness. My journal focus more on those themes, I write mostly to get to know myself, to unlearn some messages I got from my abusers and I do it here on DW and internet to have some sense of community. I mostly follow my personal religion, expect UPG (Unverified Personal Gnosis), of course since my religion, spirituality and cosmology is personal the term UPG is not completely accurate, it's all about personal gnosis. I'm defining my sense of being otherkin. I love foxes and any fox lore, especially Eastern fox lore but beyond kitsunes and I have a great interest in hu xian (huli jing) from Chinese fox lore. I struggle with being an otherkin that appears in other cultures without cultural appropriation.
I'm also gay/lesbian non-binary gendered, disabled, autistic, an angry and bitter abuse survivor with PTSD, generally and officially crazy.
I apologize too much and have a severe phobia of people.
If this is all okay and you're still reading this, I ask that anyone interested in reading my journal be open minded, if you don't like it don't bother with it. I also try to keep an open mind, I have a very unusual view of reality so I normally have no problem with that.
Actions for me mean more than identities, in general if what you do is not harmful it's okay for me, on the other hand it doesn't matter what you say or believe, if you support or behaves in any way that demonstrates bullying, abuse, cult mentality, manipulation or anything toxic I have no tolerance for it.
[Side note 1: Yes, I use anime icons and anime fox characters, I like them and if you think this says something about how serious I am or anything about me besides the fact that I enjoy this kind of media you are wrong, please move on since that's a stupid reason to judge people. Fiction and media is also important to me. Thank you and good bye.]
[Side note 2: Okay, since this happens enough to frustrate me I should make this clear, I'm Brazilian, this does NOT mean I speak Spanish, I speak Brazilian Portuguese and I don't know anything about Spanish. Our capital is NOT Rio de Janeiro ou Buenos Aires (that is on Argentina, Argentina is not Brazil). Use the miracle of Google to research things. Please avoid telling me you like Brazilian music, I know your intentions are nice but I have no idea of what Brazilian music is, this is a fucking giant country with several cultures, regional differences and influences and many music styles that are made in Brazil, those styles are very different from each other.
In general I rarely hear or like music from my country, when I do they are normally Rock, Heavy Metal, New Age or "celtic music", I'm sure that's not what people mean when they say BrasiIian Music, also don't assume that Latin music is the same as Brazilian music.
I don't live in the Amazon forest or in any forest. I'm white. Despite what American movies tell you, not all international criminals live here, some creativity would be nice on movies. Except if you're culturally educated, most people don't actually know anything about my country besides some stereotypes and general facts and most people are wrong about the random facts they know.
