1. General Statement
OhChat is operated by Utility3 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14000143), with its registered office at:

OhChat provides AI-generated content and digital avatar interactions.
To the extent that any content on the platform incorporates or is derived from the likeness, voice, or persona of real individuals (including licensed digital twins or custom avatars), appropriate records are maintained in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements.
2. Exemption for Simulated and AI-Generated Content
The majority of content available on OhChat consists of:
- AI-generated imagery
- AI-generated video
- AI-generated text and voice interactions
- Simulated or fictional depictions
Such content does not depict actual human performers engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.
Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, such content is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75.
3. Licensed Performer Content
Where content is based on or incorporates the likeness of real individuals:
- Written agreements are in place granting rights to use the performer's likeness.
- Government-issued identification has been reviewed and verified to confirm that all individuals were over the age of 18 at the time of participation.
- Records are maintained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
