So several days ago (February 22), Ludovico Bessegato posted this on his IG stories.

I wonder... is it for real?

If it is so, I wonder what the story and the main cast will be. The "OG" actors are getting older, unless they are going for "2nd gen" cast. Once it is confirmed, only I will start the guessing game on who the main focus of the season will be.

Not trying to find excuses for me not updating this journal for awhile, but this is what has been going on:

I am no stranger to Linux. I have this low-end laptop with dual boot setup: A Windows 10 (Home SL) and Ubuntu MATE 20.04 that I installed sometime in 2020 (see linked post for details).

I love the current setup and I love my Ubuntu MATE. It has served me well for light browsing and writing, but lately I have been looking at screenshots of GNOME 43. At first I did not really like GNOME's new design language back then in mid 2010s, but I feel like it has since matured. I want to try what it feels like! Unfortunately, Ubuntu MATE is, as shown in the name, a flavor of Ubuntu with MATE desktop environment, with a lot of MATE-forked applications that may mess things up if I try installing another desktop environment (DE) on top of it, so I decided I want to make a jump to a new distro while I am at it.

So I tried Fedora.

In case you did not notice, I created a new tag for this post. Yes, I am thinking of making a segment where I talk about my first Fedora experience as a long time Ubuntu user. I am not a "hardcore" Ubuntu user, so you will see things from the eye of a casual-ish user. I will talk about what is different from Ubuntu, my thoughts of Fedora in certain parts, and other related stuff. Perhaps this segment can also entice you to try Linux, if you are not familiar with it yet? There will be no fixed schedule for this segment, but I will make sure to post regularly.

I do not talk about this often here, but I did watch Teen Wolf the series (the linked post said I would only watch until season 2, but I ended up watching all of it because I LOVED (and still do) the casts lol) and is still a fan of it, so I do not miss the fact that the Teen Wolf movie has been recently released. Fortunately, this week things have been really busy at work, which keeps me from browsing around. I do not want to get spoiled!

Honest to God, I am kind of nervous. Teen Wolf rarely keeps its world in status quo for too long, and has no problem throwing all sorts of difficult obstacles at the main characters' faces. For me, seasons 3B, 5A, and 6B were difficult to watch exactly because of this. It does create suspenseful story and makes the MCs' struggles worth it in the end, but still. The movie trailer does not help either. I better rip the bandaid quick by watching it ASAP.

There is also an announcement of a brand new TV series called Wolf Pack. It is an entire new story with a whole set of new casts. I do not expect it to be Teen Wolf 2.0, and seeing the trailer and the cast comments confirms it further. It seems the show will take on a darker and more serious tone (TV shows love going with this kind of tone, huh?). I am more curious about the story though. I hope I will enjoy it and it will stay around for awhile.
