I'm an archeologist living in Arkansas, so I spend a lot more time in my office reading than you'd think. When I'm not there, I'm usually taking a long drive to find cool archeological sites or good barbeque. My favorite flower right now is a magnolia blossom, and my favorite coffee shop is Java Primo in Arkadelphia, AR. It used to be Common Grounds in Lexington, KY but honestly their drip coffee was never very good if we're being honest with ourselves. My favorite bookstore is Square Books in Oxford, Mississippi, and my favorite record store is The End of All Music, also in Oxford!
I have poetry in a lot of places, most recently The Bonemilk Collective, Vol. 1; Brazos River Review; and Impostor: A Literary Journal. I've got poems forthcoming in Hell is Real: A Midwestern Gothic Anthology; Rulerless: Hope, Love, & Joy; and Mid/South Anthology.
