We built this because we needed it

Conversionz came out of real sales calls, not a lab.

The difference is what happens in the four seconds after a client says something difficult.

Years of building and leading sales teams teach you that the difference between a good quarter and a bad one is rarely strategy alone. It is whether the person on the call knew what to do in the four seconds after a prospect said something difficult.

And the way that skill normally gets built — a manager finding an hour, remembering how a call went, offering an adjective — doesn't work at any real scale.

So the library started as recordings. Real negotiations, real renewal pushbacks, real conversations where results were behind and somebody had to pick up the phone anyway. We turned them into scenarios, ran our own teams against them, and built the scoring because "that wasn't very convincing" is not something anyone can practise against.

Practice and pipeline belong in the same place.

Conversionz gives sales teams one place to prepare, practise, and execute. Prospects, calls, coaching, and pipeline stay in the same workflow, so the skills developed in training can show up in live deals and managers can coach from evidence rather than memory.

Small team, no outside money, shipping in public.

If something isn't built yet, we'll tell you it isn't built yet.

Sean Si

Sean Si leads Conversionz after more than sixteen years building and operating client-services and sales teams. The product reflects the lessons from that work: set clear standards, make deliberate practice part of the week, and give managers enough visibility to coach the next conversation—not just review the last result.

We use it every week.

Everything on this site exists because it had to work for us first.
