Do we have to replace our current CRM?

Most teams do, because the practice room is only as good as the deal data behind it. If you'd rather not move yet, Conversionz can run alongside your existing CRM with a one-way sync — you'll get the simulator and the scorecards, but the personas will be thinner.

Is the roleplay voice or text?

Both. Text runs are faster and better for drilling one objection repeatedly. Voice runs are where talk ratio, pace and silence tolerance actually get measured — and they're the ones that make reps nervous, which is the useful part.

Where does the buyer persona come from?

From your data. The deal record supplies the situation; your past call transcripts and objection tags supply how that kind of buyer actually behaves. You can also write personas by hand, and you can lock an approved set so reps practise against the same buyer across the team.

Will reps game the scoring?

Some will try. Scores link to transcript timecodes, managers can override any dimension with a reason, and certification runs use unseen scenarios. The score is a conversation starter for coaching — it was never designed to be a payroll input.

What happens to our call data?

It stays in your workspace, used to improve your personas and nothing else. Conversionz is operated by SEO Hacker Pte Ltd in Singapore, and the full terms are on the contact page.

How long until a team is running on it?

Import and pipeline setup is same-day for most teams. Personas get noticeably sharper after the first few weeks of real call data flows through, which is when the simulator starts to sound like your actual market.

Terms of Service

Your agreement with Conversionz for use of the Service.

Important disclosure: Conversionz is a product operated by SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd. (33A Pagoda Street, Singapore), the same company that operates Rankseer. Payment processing for Conversionz is handled via a shared Stripe account under SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd., the same legal entity that operates Rankseer; billing and account records may be shared across products operated by the same entity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Conversionz (“the Service”) at conversionz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd. (33A Pagoda Street, Singapore). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Conversionz is an AI-powered SEO and GEO platform that provides tools for search visibility tracking, content generation, keyword research, site auditing, competitive analysis, and related features. The Service is available at conversionz.com.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) promptly update your information if it changes; (d) accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee via Stripe, which processes payments on behalf of SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd.

Trials. Free trials are available for 14 days. A credit card is required at signup. After the trial you must subscribe to continue.
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changing subscription prices.
Shared billing records. Because Conversionz and Rankseer are both operated by SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd., billing and account records may be shared across products operated by the same entity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools not provided by us
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
Use the Service to conduct competitive intelligence against Conversionz itself

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display that data to provide the Service to you.

AI-generated content (blog posts, landing pages, social media captions, images) created using the Service is licensed to you for commercial use. We do not claim ownership of content generated for your account.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (Sign in with Google and read-only Google Calendar access, which you choose to connect; see our Privacy Policy for what we read and how we use it), AI providers (content generation and search processing), and social media scheduling tools. Your use of these integrations is subject to those services’ respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Unplanned outages will be communicated through available channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversionz and SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated data reflects queries to third-party systems and may not be exhaustive or fully accurate.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conversionz, SEO Hacker Pte. Ltd., and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then deleted per our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Affiliate Disclosure

Conversionz operates an affiliate program through Rewardful. Approved affiliates may earn recurring commission when they refer customers to Conversionz. Rewardful uses a 60-day cookie to store a referral ID only; the cookie stores no personally identifiable information. You can opt out by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
